In reality, true ownership does not exist. No matter if you are wealthy or rich, true alluvial land or property does not exist in the USA, or anywhere in the known universe. Those with Wisdom, Power and Force, [God powers] actually rule and own everyone and thing. Commonly known as the 10%ers or Rich, Slave Makers of the Poor. In modern terminology they are called the 1%ers. Even if you are a Billion or Millionaire, it is illegal to own your own land, real estate, vehicle, food, clothing, or life free and clear. Some people have alluvial title, which is a "form" of land ownership where the owner holds the land free from any superior landlord or government authority. This means the land is owned outright without any obligation for payment of taxes or adherence to other government restrictions.
However, in modern legal systems, true or real alludial title is a myth. Imperial nations claim the land, water, air, space, atoms and ideas in the universe. You can not manifest any idea that is a threat to their powers. And you have NO RIGHTS, just PRIVILEGES. Every independent landlord is under the GOVERNMENTAL LAND LORD, [GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY]. This means the land or property is NOT owned OUTRIGHT WITHOUT ANY OBLIGATION FOR PAYMENT OF TAXES OR ADHERENCE TO OTHER GOVERNMENTAL RESTRICTIONS.
By National and International laws all (so-called) OWNERS is subject to various forms of government regulation and taxation. In the USA, if anyone holds property or a business with what they might call ALLODIAL TITLE, they are still SUBJECT to PROPERTY TAXES and ZONING LAWS. This includes every LLC, NONPROFIT, RELIGIOUS INSTITUTION, ATHIEST ORGANIZATION, MILITIA, RACE, SEX, AGE, CLASS OR TITLE.
In the U.S., property ownership is subject to various legal and governmental regulations, so while people can own property, it's not "FREE AND CLEAR" in the absolute sense. Even though individuals hold title to "a" property, this (so-called) ownership is subject to property taxes, zoning laws, and other regulations imposed by the Government. This system contrasts with the concept of alluvial title, where ownership is theoretically free from any government claims or obligations.
"FEE SIMPLE," is when private property is owned by an owner(s) with absolute rights" to the land or property, but still requires them to submit to taxes, building regulations, and to comply with zoning laws. In Pennsylvania, it is a LIE to file documents in the County, State, Federal or International SYSTEM to earn or buy ALLODIAL TITLE. There are two, real, practical things to file.
FEE SIMPLE TITLE: The most common and complete form of property ownership in the U.S. It provides the (so-called) Owner with the MOST RIGHTS and CONTROL over the property. Here are the key features:
PERPETUAL DURATION: The owner had indefinite ownership of the property, which can be passed down to heirs or sold to others.
FULL CONTROL: The owner can use, lease, sell, or transfer the property as they wish [with Government or god permission].
NO RESTRICTIONS ON DURATION: Unlike life estates or leaseholds, a fee simple title doesn't have limitations on the duration of ownership.
SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS: While it provides comprehensive rights, it is still subject to property taxes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
In essence, fee simple is the CLOSEST to ABSOLUTE OWNERSHIP you can get under the U.S. legal system, though it still includes obligations and restrictions imposed by law.
501(c)(3) NONPROFIT TITLE: The most common and complete form of property ownership in the U.S., for Spiritual (so-called) Religious, Educational or Charitable entities. A Spiritual or (so-called) Religious leader or Chief Executive Officer for a 501 (c) (3) Not-for-Profit, (non-stock/non-profit organization) has more privileges to operate on the local, state, federal, international and universal level:
A spiritually conscious or religious Minister with an IRS-recognized nonprofit organization has similar property ownership rights as any other entity or individual under U.S. law, but there are specific considerations:
OWNERSHIP RIGHTS: The nonprofit, like any legal entity, can hold, buy, sell, and manage property in its name. The property is owned by the nonprofit corporation itself, nor personally by the Minister, or Chief Executive Officer, [nor the Board of Directors].
TAX EXEMPTIONS: Property owned by a religious nonprofit may be eligible for tax exemptions. For instance, property, (land, real estate, vehicles, food, clothing, technology, tools, equipment, medicines, ships, airplanes, etc.) are all TAX EXEMPT. The key is to only use the property exclusively for Spiritual (so-called) Religious, Educational, or Charitable purposes.
RESTRICTIONS AND USE: The use of the property must align with the Nonprofit's Mission and IRS regulations. If the property is used for PERSONAL GAIN or OUTSIDE THE NONPROFIT'S PURPOSE, it COULD jeopardize the Nonprofit's tax-exempt status. The 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects the Minister and the Nonprofit from unnecessary regulations. e.g. [for example]: Congress SHALL make NO LAWS regarding the establishment of a (so-called) Religion.
FIDUCIARY DUTY: As a Representative of the Nonprofit, the Minister/Imamm/Reverend/CEO, etc. of the Nonprofit has a fiduciary duty to ensure that the donations of MONEY, PROPERTY, etc. is used and managed in accordance with the Nonprofit's MISSION and LEGAL requirements.
